This chocolate dip is delicious served with fruit (particularly strawberries), or warmed slightly and poured over ice-cream.

ingredients

  • 250g (9 oz) good quality dark chocolate
  • 500ml (17 fl oz) extra thick organic cream

preparation method

  1.   Pour cream into a glass bowl and microwave on medium until small bubbles appear.
  2.   Break the dark chocolate into small chunks and add to the bowl of cream. Whisk until all the chocolate is melted.
  3.   Pour into a fancy serving bowl and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours until set.
