Marmite and Mushroom Jacket Potato

One of the best toppings for jacket potatoes ever!! So tasty you'll end up having this for lunch every day!

ingredients

  • 1 large baking potato
  • good knob butter
  • 1 tablespoon Marmite
  • good handful sliced mushrooms
  • 50g (2 oz) grated Cheddar cheese

preparation method

  1.   Cook the baked potato to your liking.
  2.   Slice halfway into the potato lengthways. Mix in the butter and Marmite and spread inside the potato, mashing slightly. Sprinkle potato with mushrooms and cheese. Heat the potato in the oven or microwave until cheese is melted.
