30g (1 oz) porridge oats

225ml (8 fl oz) water

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon wheatgerm

1 teaspoon flaxseed oil

4 tablespoons soya milk
preparation method
- Mix the oats and water and microwave on medium power for 5 minutes. Stir in the honey, wheatgerm and flaxseed oil. Top with soya milk.
