An easy, fresh tasting creamy dill dip - great with crunchy vegetables.

ingredients

  • 100ml (4 fl oz) soured cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • small handful chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

preparation method

  1.   In a small mixing bowl, combine soured cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
