A quick and easy pasta great for beginners.
ingredients

small amount of chicken diced

chopped bacon
-
small red onion/ shallot
-
salt and pepper

parsley
-
garlic
-
double cream or creme fraiche

packet of farfalle pasta

preparation method
- Chop the onion finely and place in a bowl, set aside.
- Meanwhile heat salted water to the boil and cook pasta until al dente.
- Chop the chicken into small diced pieces start cooking the chicken on a high heat with a small amount of oil; keep stirring until the chicken has started to go white and then turn the heat down to medium.
- Chop the bacon into small dice shapes and add with the onions, garlic and parsley to the pan. continue to cook till golden brown.
- Add cream/creme fraiche to the pan, and simmer for about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add drained pasta to the frying pan and stir and check for seasoning
- Serve with salad, wedges, chips or bread.
